In this course, you will learn how food affects us and the physiology of energy production through food, with the objective of knowing how to optimize dietary choices when seeking maximum physical performance. You will also learn about the fundamental role of adequate nutrition in sustaining adaptation to training, recovery processes and sports performance, as well as its importance to the health of athletes."
